Must be able to work safely, use all personal protective equipment as required by OSHA/ job requirements, observe all safety policies during the execution of required tasks, participate in training as needed, and assist with training less experienced personnel. Monitors to ensure preventive maintenance is complete, and operate the operation of HVAC equipment, hydronic systems including chilled, heating, wastewater systems, compressed air, medium voltage electrical distribution, among other various exhaust systems.
