Work is routinely performed on active construction and industrial jobsites with exposure to extreme heat and cold, noise, vibration, dust, fumes, oils, elevated work areas, uneven surfaces, floor openings, construction debris, and other jobsite hazards. The Traveling Foreman is expected to lead by example, develop craft personnel, promote teamwork and accountability, and ensure the crew performs work safely, productively, and professionally regardless of project location.
