The Physical Therapist and Injury Manager will provide Human Performance Optimization physical therapy, rehabilitation, injury-management, and readiness support to 131st Rescue Squadron personnel and 129th Operations Group aircrew. A letter of intent confirming availability to begin on-site performance within 30 days after award, or an approved 30-day transition and ramp-up narrative, plus any requested access and onboarding documents.
