As an Outside Sales Supervisor with EST, you’llguide and support a group of Outside Sales Representatives responsible fordriving profitable growth across the U.S. You’ll blend hands‑on sales activitywith team leadership—coaching reps, refining processes, and ensuring everycustomer interaction reflects EST’s mission, vision, and values. In this role, you’ll represent EST at customer sites, tradeshows, and industry events while helping your team develop strongrelationships, pursue new business, and deliver exceptional service.
