The team includes psychotherapists, a team leader, a clinical supervisor, psychologist, peer recovery specialist, access coordinator, care coordinator, employment consultant, and psychiatric nurses, making it one of the best resourced teams within the CCBHC setting, with controlled shared caseload sizes of no more than 10 clients per staff. Completes biopsychosocial evaluation (BPSE), integrating information gathered by the team and developing the integrated diagnostic summary; based upon the BPSE and in consultation with the treatment team, prepares Clinical Treatment plans, dates the treatment plan at intervals determined by guidelines, and consults with client, family, and treatment team throughout the process.
