This role directs enterprise-wide efforts to define and implement new strategies, realign complex processes, and ensure the successful integration of major projects across the agency and with key external partners.

This role directs enterprise-wide efforts to define and implement new strategies, realign complex processes, and ensure the successful integration of major projects across the agency and with key external partners.

The role works with local leadership to develop and implement business consulting market strategies and approaches that align with the companys goals and collaborates with other departments to ensure integration of strategic engagement services with other services to enhance client and company project and business outcomes. The position is responsible for leading comprehensive assessments, analyses, development and implementation of transformation strategies and implementation plans for our client's businesses using multi-disciplinary teams internal and external to BC.
