As the Business Program Manager - Capacity Automation & Backend Tools, you will help improve and scale the processes, data flows, integrations, and tools that support how Microsoft prioritizes and allocates AI and non-AI Azure capacity as one unified business. You will manage defined workstreams, coordinate dependencies, validate solutions with users, and use data to improve quality, cycle time, and adoption across intake, prioritization, decisioning, reporting, and governance workflows.
