This role directs enterprise-wide efforts to define and implement new strategies, realign complex processes, and ensure the successful integration of major projects across the agency and with key external partners.

Leads all aspects of the annual benefit development and implementation including development of benefit changes, coordinating actuarial premium development, brochure updates and clarifications, develops call letter response, manages OPM benefit negotiations, and oversees vendor implementation of changes. This includes tasks such as the annual enrollment goals, annual profitability goals, leading strategy meetings internally and with the vendor partner, leading quarterly business reporting meetings, conducts industry research, and facilitates research surveys.

Designs and manages performance improvement data systems and procedures in collaboration with management to facilitate strategic business planning financial planning program development marketing and regulatory compliance to ensure delivery of safe cost-effective and high-quality patient care. Monitors performance of outsource billing agents and works with hospital Finance and outsourced billing agents regarding assigned departments' billing and collections to maximize revenue for the various departments/Hospital.
