The position partners closely with Restaurant Operations, Development, Technology, Supply Chain, Procurement, Training, and Equipment suppliers to identify, evaluate, develop, and implement new technologies, equipment platforms, operational processes, and store design improvements. The Expert Store Engineer will also lead the evaluation and deployment of emerging restaurant technologies and continuous improvement initiatives while helping establish the future roadmap for store design, equipment, automation, communication systems, and operational workflows.
