Assignments will include, but are not limited to: design and analysis, utilization of engineering design software, documentation (using BIM software), process study, research investigations, report preparation, on-site inspections, and other activities requiring knowledge of structural design principles and techniques commonly employed in unique structural applications. New design will encompass a variety of building types including, but not limited to: community centers, low-to-mid-rise construction, multi-family residential over podium, and high-rise construction (approximately 30-40 stories), along with other unique specialty structures.
