Working collaboratively with faculty, the Associate Dean, and other university leaders, the Department Head will strengthen academic programs, recruit and mentor outstanding faculty, enhance student engagement and career readiness, foster innovation in teaching and learning, and cultivate relationships with alumni, employers, and the regional business community. Students benefit from experiential learning opportunities including the Student-Managed Investment Fund, the Bastin Financial Leadership Laboratory featuring Bloomberg technology, internships, undergraduate research, and meaningful interaction with faculty mentors and business professionals.
