Attend and/or host meetings with community stakeholders and state entities relevant to the success of concurrent programming, high school counselor training and support, textbook access, and concurrent high school billing, Develop initiatives that connect concurrent students with UA Northark before and after high school graduation, promoting early engagement with advising, financial aid, career services, student activities, academic support, and other campus resources. Ensure the effective, compliant, and consistent administration of the Concurrent Enrollment Program in accordance with applicable Arkansas Department of Higher Education, Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board, state, federal, UA Northark, and University of Arkansas policies and requirements; and oversee the development, maintenance, and communication of program handbooks, forms, webpages, training materials, processes, and other resources.
