Adopts and drives Lean Manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement methods that improve safety, quality, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) & cost targets; deploys reliability maintenance methods/strategies that optimizes the performance of equipment, maximizes uptime, and ensures integration with Operations. This position is responsible for the following: Manages projects related to reliability, continuous improvement, equipment installation, validations, and new product development; actively participates in engineering work, and provides technical support, knowledge, mentorship, and guidance at the floor level.
