Information Technology - Rising Stars assist with the HITRUST Assessment Report to ensure CareStar maintains our three-year certification, responding to tickets, equipment troubleshooting, implementing innovations (e.g., secure texting, e-signatures, e-interpreters, voice-to-text, etc.) . In addition, Rising Stars gain leadership experience by participating in, and occasionally leading, cross-training efforts to ensure adequate coverage for all support services tasks and departmental projects to improve the operations of the business.
