Deliver Montessori instruction primarily in Spanish across curriculum areas Support language acquisition and biliteracy development through authentic immersion practices Present individual and small-group lessons using Montessori methodology Foster oral language development, vocabulary acquisition, communication skills, and emergent literacy Differentiate instruction to support all learners, including multilingual learners and students with special needs Integrate culturally responsive materials, literature, music, traditions, and experiences into classroom instruction Conduct ongoing student observations, assessments, and progress monitoring in accordance with school and OSSE requirements Foster independence, concentration, self-discipline, and Montessori principles of Grace and Courtesy.
