The Student Hospitality Manager works closely with their assigned mentor and the site management team to gain exposure to daily operations across departments such as, residential dining, retail, and catering, This role is developmental in nature, providing students with leadership experiences, project involvement, and operational insight while supporting the overall success of the account. The Student Hospitality Manager role is part of the Student Hospitality Management Program (SHMP), a structured development program designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple areas of hospitality operations while building leadership, customer service, and business skills.
