Essential Job FunctionsConducts onsite visits with cafeteria teams, delivering timely coaching and training that foster staff development in areas such as meal patterns, allergy management, line flow, just-in-time food production, inventory management, ordering, building administration communication, meal times, proper food safety and quality, and related. Collaborates with the business development manager, school principals, café managers, and other key interview team members to hire the right teammatessupporting recruitment and interviews, coordinating hiring paperwork, leading site-based onboarding, and providing ongoing coaching while tracking performance growth.
