STUDENT RETENTION, MENTORSHIP, AND SUCCESS INITIATIVES: Provide leadership and oversight for the Multicultural Mentorship Program (MMP), The Brotherhood Program, Augusta Promise initiatives, Jag for Jags, and the federally funded TRIO Student Support Services Program to support the academic success of first-generation, income-eligible students. The Director also serves as a key advocate for student success by developing innovative programs, teaching leadership-focused coursework, and creating opportunities that strengthen students sense of connection, engagement, and participation within the university community.
