They are responsible for the coordination of all phases of branch operations and responsible for multiple functions, including but not limited to: staffing, security, cash handling, delivery of products and services, and the physical appearance of the branch. Maintains knowledge of and follows all credit union policies and procedures regarding BSA, OFAC, U.S. Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering, S.A.F.E Act, CFPB regulations and Customer Identification Program.
