Job Description: Under general supervision, performs clerical functions in a clinical setting; addresses students on the phone and in person; determines the urgency of their needs, alerting appropriate staff as needed; schedules appointments within the electronic health record (EHR) system; and manages incoming documentation to facilitate the Student Health Clinic and Psychiatric & Counseling Services and support the delivery of care provided by staff. Campus Security & Crime Statistics, in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, information on crime statistics for recent years, Public Safety personnel and programs, building access, reporting crimes, safety suggestions, and policies, programs, and services regarding alcohol, drugs, and sexual abuse, is available in the UNI Annual Security and Fire Report.
