Skills/Experience: Academic advising, financial aid, college admissions, degree requirements, career counseling, student development theory, academic study skills, transfer processes, disability services and best practice models, which address barriers for first generation and low-income students. Essential Functions and Duties: Under general supervision: Provides advising related to academics, degree planning, financial aid/scholarships, career counseling, financial literacy, soft skills, helping students with disabilities obtain accommodations and other support actions as necessary for the program.
