Working collaboratively with Residence Life and Housing, Public Safety, Counseling Services, Athletics, Academic Affairs, and other campus partners, the Director identifies behavioral trends, develops proactive educational initiatives, and contributes to student retention, persistence, and success. Through educational interventions, conflict resolution strategies, developmental conversations, and restorative approaches, the Director helps students understand the impact of their decisions, repair harm when appropriate, and develop the skills necessary to become responsible members of the Mount community and society.
