The Assistant Dean for Student Success and Strategic Enrollment serves as a senior member of the College of Education leadership team and provides strategic leadership for undergraduate student success, strategic enrollment management, recruitment, retention, selected academic affairs functions, and student engagement. Working collaboratively with the Dean, department chairs, faculty, university offices, and external partners, the Assistant Dean develops, implements, and assesses initiatives that promote enrollment growth, student persistence, academic success, and degree completion while advancing the College''''s educator workforce mission.
