Responsibilities and tasks will vary based on project and scope but is expected to include the following: -Design – Component modification ownership including: Review of sourcing and supplier quotes for proposed cost reduction modifications, development of cost paredo models using apriori or similar tools, mechanical design of hardware, model/drawing definition, creation of PLM BoMs and change instructions, hardware procurement and manufacturing plus assembly support. The following are Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with design, analysis, and manufacturing of gas turbine combustion components like fuel nozzles, endcover, casings, caps, liners, transition pieces, flow sleeves, TP aft frames, crossfire tubes.
