Own cybersecurity end-to-end - identity and access management, endpoint protection, email security, vulnerability management, incident response, and organization-wide awareness training - maintaining alignment to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Controls v8, including the policy set and evidence required for audit, cyber insurance underwriting, and Board reporting. Own day-to-day technology operations across infrastructure, network, endpoints, telephony, and end-user support at all GBFB sites, and define, publish, and report against service levels appropriate to a distribution operation where downtime directly interrupts food moving to neighbors.
