We are excited to welcome outstanding students into our 2026 Summer Internship Program. Our interns play a meaningful role in real engineering and business challenges, contribute to high‑impact projects, and gain exposure to professional development sessions led by industry experts. We are currently seeking a motivated and innovative Software Engineering Intern to join our team in Buffalo, NY. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Utilize Crash system requirements and develop an operations platform utilizing Power Apps as a central system and tying together multiple 3rd party databases and platforms</li><li>Evaluate new technologies for implementation.  Conduct research that tests and analyzes feasibility, design, operation and performance of systems</li><li>Support the execution of testing operations in an accurate and efficient manner</li><li>Work alongside engineers and technicians to program, prepare, and operate computer-related equipment and systems</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Preferred Education / Experience:<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Must be currently enrolled in an Software Engineering program at an accredited college or university</li></ul>Preferred Knowledge / Ability:<ul><li>Coding, programming, app development skills</li><li>Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions</li><li>Must be motivated and have a strong desire to learn</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in team environment</li><li>Please note that there is no relocation or housing assistance associated with this internship.</li><li>Due to security requirements, this position requires US Citizenship.</li></ul>Calspan is an equal opportunity employer.
