What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? + Three or more years of direct regulatory compliance experience involving federal, state and regional regulations. + Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Crop Science, Environmental Management or a related field. + First-hand experience with interpreting and adhering to the requirements of chemical, fertilizer and environmental regulations. + Experience performing product regulatory evaluations, regulatory reporting, and product registrations. + Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite applications with strong proficiency in Word and Excel. + The ability to work both as a team contributor and team leader. + Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to interface across multiple levels of an organization.
