What You'll Do:
<ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:10pt;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Lead daily facilities and engineering operations across a 1.34M sq. ft. campus, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, while also supporting the Director of Facilities in all daily operations</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:10pt;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, capital planning, and project cost control</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:10pt;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Oversee preventive maintenance, life‑cycle asset planning, and Facilities Condition Assessments (FCA)</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:10pt;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif"> Support the Director of Facilities in directing large multidisciplinary teams, providing strong leadership and guidance to the staff</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:10pt;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Partner closely with university stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to deliver high‑quality services</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:10pt;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Ensure compliance with safety programs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives</li></ul><ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;line-height:normal;font-size:10pt;font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif">Providing project management support for the Facilities department, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects</li></ul>

What You Bring:
<ul><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Demonstrated experience in hard Facilities Management (MEP) within a complex campus or institutional environment</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and capital project oversight</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multiple disciplines</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Proficiency with CMMS platforms and technical systems (AutoCAD preferred)</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Strong communication, presentation, and client‑relationship skills</li></ul>

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Minimum Management Experience - 5 years    Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
