The best Wellness Advisors are friendly, outgoing and CURIOUS individuals who are dedicated to learning about the students’ that the studio serves. This curiosity allows them the ability to make expert format, membership/package, and retail recommendations based on the student’s goals. Additionally, they ensure the studio is a clean and inviting space. </p><p><u><b>DUTIES:</b></u></p><ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:3px;text-align:left">New MemberAcquisition and Retention: A successful studio depends on supporting prospective students through the following life cycle:</p><ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:3px;text-align:left">Booking Appointments</p><ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:3px;text-align:left">Contacting leads in a timely manner to establish relationship and get them booked in for a class experience, achieving a daily, weekly, and monthly quota</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:3px;text-align:left">Studio Tours & Education</p><ul><li><p style="text-align:left">Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing</p></li><li><p style="text-align:left">Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="margin-bottom:3px;text-align:left">Membership Sales</p><ul><li><p style="margin-bottom:3px;text-align:left">A studio (yes, even a yoga studio) is a business.
