The Facilities Maintenance Technician I is responsible for all encompassing duties falling under Property Maintenance, Facilities, and Building Maintenance including use of maintenance and task assignment software, event support, range support and supervision; basic construction/plumbing/HVAC/electrical/welding, heavy machine operations, snow removal, and HAZMAT handling. The duties of this position may require standing for long periods of time, frequently working on ladders, scaffolds, and lifts; frequent kneeling, running, sitting, crouching, crawling, twisting, grasping, and walking can be expected along with frequent lifting equipment up to 40 pounds and/or moving of equipment and materials up to 100 pounds.
