Essential Job Duties: Manage business and financial transactions for the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences in accordance with University policies and procedures and in collaboration with appropriate university units, such as Budget and Human Resources; Assist with the oversight of financial resources for the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences; track, monitor and help prepare the college budget; Perform a high level of confidential administrative support for the Deans' Office and College, related to, for example, reimbursements, payroll actions, and contracts; Maintain spreadsheets and generate reports, especially related to faculty and student affairs and College strategic plan outcomes; Assist with the organization and implementation of College and University Events. An attitude of flexibility and creative problem solving; Ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely fashion and to operate under regular deadline pressure in order to meet operational and reporting requirements; Strong service orientation, with a demonstrated commitment to supporting the success of faculty, staff, and students, and to advance the mission of the organization; Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of students, faculty, staff, and vendors; Ability and sensitivity to maintain confidential information.
