General Summary: Under the supervision of the Associate Dean - Medical School Campus, the Assistant Dean - Student Support - Medical School Campus, is responsible for the oversight, coordination, ongoing assessment of well-being, career and academic advising, and other support services for medical students at the Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine at WellSpan Health campus (WellSpan Campus). Essential Functions: Provide primary administrative leadership for student medical and behavioral/mental health coordination, student career advising, academic coaching and remediation processes, the residency interview/Match process, student-run organizations, student well-being, and other aspects of student support.
