Partner with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to assess HR processes and technology needs, identify gaps, gather requirements, and support the design, testing, deployment, and implementation of scalable solutions aligned with HR technology strategies. The primary focus of this role is to support the implementation of HR technology strategies by translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions and assisting with requirements, design, testing, deployment, adoption, and outcome measurement.
