You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to shape the product vision, gather customer insights, and deliver innovative solutions. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of product development.</p><h3><strong>Location:</strong></h3><p>Our employees can choose to work remotely in the U.S. Join us in our Austin, Texas office, or opt for a hybrid setup. Whether you prefer the structure of an office, the convenience of remote work, or a mix of both, we support what works best for you!</p><p><strong>Please note - At this time we are not able to hire in California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and New York.</strong></p><h3><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h3><ul><li>Lead the product strategy and vision for The Zebra, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.</li><li>Own the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and customer needs.</li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales teams to bring product initiatives to life.</li><li>Define and track product metrics to measure success and continuously improve products.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Work closely with the engineering team to define detailed product specifications and user stories.</li><li>Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by leading regular reviews and providing feedback during the development lifecycle.</li><li>Advocate for the user experience by deeply understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product features.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior product managers and collaborate with other senior leaders to shape the product management culture within the company.</li></ul><h3><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products.</li><li>Strong understanding of both the technical and business sides of product management.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch.</li><li>Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management, from ideation to product-market fit.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h3><strong>Benefits & Perks:</strong></h3><p>Inclusive and healthy environments are crafted intentionally.
