As a Director of Student Services, you’ll play a key role in shaping each student’s academic path, guiding families through enrollment, and ensuring they have an unforgettable, life-changing experience. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.  What You’ll Do:  <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Partner with each student and their family to create a personalized plan that supports their goals.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Build and manage schedules that bring our 1-to-1 education model to life. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Guide each family through the contract, enrollment, and re-enrollment process. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to set each student up for success. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Champion the student experience while supporting your campus’s growth and success. </li></ul>What We're Looking For: <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree (required) — preferably in education, business, or a related field. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Background in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">Highly organized with strong communication skills. </li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;">A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment.
