Generates critical statistical and operational reports, including Titanium Scheduler and AUCCCD (Association for University and College Counseling Center Directors) submissions, while serving as the primary point of contact for external vendors, facilities, and the after-hours crisis line service provider. Minimum of three to five years of administrative experience in a healthcare, mental health, or counseling office setting or one to three years of relevant experience accompanied by completion of a vocational or technical program in one of the following areas: Medical Office Administration, Health Information Technology, Medical Administrative Assistant (Certificate), or Certified Medial Administrative Assistant (CMAA).
