Knowledge of the national intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, their organizations and missions/functions, interrelationships, operations and directives relating to IT; and knowledge of National Intelligence Program (NIP), General Defense Intelligence Program (GDIP), and Program Objective Memorandum (POM), to include requirements for planning, programming, and budgeting; and working knowledge of the acquisition and procurement cycles for IT to ensure validated and approved requirements are funded or introduced into the appropriate budgeting channels.
