For this position, you will serve as Generation Citizen's primary instructional lead for the Teaching for Civic Empowerment initiative, ensuring that every course session — whether delivered in person across regional hubs or synchronously online — is consistently high-quality, equity-centered, and responsive to the needs of Massachusetts regional hubs or synchronously online—is consistently high-quality, equity-centered, and responsive to the needs of educators. This position works primarily remotely but will be expected to travel approximately 20% of the time to attend monthly in-person team days, organizational retreats, special events, external partner meetings, conferences, and lead in-person participant recruitment and in-person training sessions.
