Student & Family Experience • Greet students and parents warmly-by name • Welcome new students, walk them to class, and introduce them to their teacher • Answer incoming phone calls and texts with professionalism and care • Respond to emails in the school inbox • Check voicemails and return calls promptly • Call students who are tardy or absent after 15 minutes and send makeup links as needed.
