Providing administrative support to ensure the Dean's office has all the tools and resources it needs for student success (e.g., maintaining accurate student records, homework/classwork collection, restocking of office supplies, maintaining a specific Dean system such as uniforms or "close the loop"). The Associate Dean of Students at Uncommon will support the school's Dean of Students to ensure that all students demonstrate dramatic student achievement gains and internalize the school's values.
