This role manages core HR processes and responsibilities (recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits & leave administration, and compliance) for the site, administers and optimizes the HRIS for data integrity and reporting, and ensures accurate, timely payroll execution and oversight for a multi-state workforce.
