Once drivers have completed the program, they will be classified as regular drivers and no longer have to ride with a lead driver.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Accidents:</strong></div><ul><li>No more than one DOT Preventable accident in the last two years.</li><li>No more than 3 incidents in the last three years and can not have more than 3 incidents and accidents together in the last 2 years.</li><li>All rear-end-at-fault accidents are a one-year DQ.</li><li>Major DOT Preventable (jackknife, rollover) must be five years old.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Moving Violations</strong>:</div><ul><li>No more than 2 in the last 2 years except major moving violations which must be one year old (this applies to personal and commercial).</li><li>Major moving violations are reckless, 15+, handheld, following to close, etc.</li><li>30MPH over must be 5 years old</li><li>Can not have more than 4 jobs in the last year.</li><li>Cannot have been terminated from their last job due to safety and can only happened once in the last 5 years.</li><li>NO DUI in the last ten years and never in a commercial vehicle.
