Circulation duties include, but are not limited to: checking library items in and out, managing study room keys, assisting with patron hold and reserve requests, sorting and shelving books, facilitating digital fines and payments, and answering general customer service questions in person and over the phone. Reference duties include, but are not limited to: answering questions about library resources and items in person and over the phone, assisting with copier and printer requests, and assisting with Interlibrary Loans.
