p>The Associate Vice Chancellor will assume leadership of the Center for Student Success, which encompasses academic advising for first- and second-year students, transfer students, readmitted students, and academically at-risk students; TRIO Programs, including STEM-focused initiatives; peer and professional tutoring; Supplemental Instruction; academic engagement and outreach initiatives; and additional student support programs designed to improve student persistence and achievement. The Associate Vice Chancellor directly supervises the Director of Academic Advising, Director of Academic Engagement, Director of Transfer Transitions, and Director of TRIO Programs and collaborates closely with Deans, department chairs, faculty, and staff to advance a coordinated institutional approach to student success.
