In this role, the successful candidate An Outpatient Pharmacy Technician acts as an assistant to a Licensed Pharmacist by entering prescription data into computer, contacting insurance companies, filling prescriptions, cashier functions, ordering of medications, communication with appropriate parties (patients, liaisons, clinicians) and performing general organization of the pharmacy with attention to inventory control.
