In addition to their Clinical Care Technician responsibilities, participants may have opportunities for clinical shadowing, mentorship, and professional development, as well as priority consideration for future Nurse Residency Program interviews and practicum or capstone placements, based on eligibility and availability. Through this program, participants will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced nursing professionals, gain exposure to various inpatient clinical settings, and further develop their patient care skills.
