EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEThe minimum requirements for the Director of Students is a Bachelor's degree. Competitive candidates will have an advanced degree and seminary experience. Also, seven to ten years ministry experience and leadership in Student ministry is a competitive attribute.
