Primary Responsibilities: As a trusted subject matter expert, the consultant will support projects for payer systems and applications by creating technical and business process designs, performing analysis, writing requirements, conducting workstream sessions, fostering healthy client relationships, and taking ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Create documented deliverables that translate business needs to technical requirements Examples of deliverable include writing features, specifications, user stories related to payer value chain (e.g., claims, enrollment, provider, customer service, care management.).
