Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday.Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee front end production</li><li>Follow opening procedures, including opening and handling cash drawers</li><li>Comply with all policies and procedures, including but not limited to food and physical safety programs</li><li>Communicate any issues of concern to management (i.e. customer issues, cleanliness, safety concerns or security concerns)</li><li>Follow all safety requirements at accounts</li><li>Adhere to grooming and appearance standards</li><li>Perform any other duties as specified by management</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous culinary/foodservice experience preferred</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Successful team leadership experience preferred</li><li>Moving, bending, stooping, lifting and standing on a frequent basis</li><li>Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>A family culture and atmosphere</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members</li><li>401(k) with generous company match</li><li>Paid vacations and holidays</li><li>Immense training and growth opportunities</li></ul>
