The Talent Recruiter II is responsible for full life cycle recruitment, including posting requisitions, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, sourcing passive talent, and ensuring candidate advocacy for talent that is suited to technical, scientific, entry-level, and management-level roles. The Talent Recruiter II will identify candidates for the parent company, Fulgent Genetics, as well as subsidiary companies Fulgent Pharma, CSI Laboratories, Inform Diagnostics, Bako Diagnostics, Strata Diagnostics, and any additional subsidiaries that may be acquired in the future.
